Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Executive to join our team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MRP printing machines and batch coding machines. The ideal candidate will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, conduct on-site demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:
  Install and commission MRP printing machines and batch coding machines at client locations.

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both on-site and remotely.

• Customer Support:
  Provide prompt and effective support to customers, addressing technical queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Product Demonstration:
  Conduct pre-sales demonstrations for potential clients and assist the sales team with technical insights.

• Training:
  Train customers and internal staff on machine operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.

• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.

• Feedback & Improvement:
  Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the R&D or product team for continuous product improvements.

• Inventory & Spare Parts:
  Coordinate with logistics to ensure the availability of required tools, spare parts, and consumables.

  •Minimum Qualification:
  ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Printing Technology.
