• Conduct cold calls to potential leads and convert them into admissions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized counselling sessions.

• Accurately record student details including interests, queries, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

• Address student inquiries and provide suitable academic solutions based on their needs.

• Achieve weekly admission targets while ensuring quality and compliance in every interaction.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Experience: 0–6 years in admissions counselling, telecalling, sales or customer service.

• Skills: Excellent communication in any regional or English language, persuasive speaking ability, and student-first approach.

• Must be comfortable working in a 6-day workweek and handling a day shift schedule.
