Job Opening: Admission Counselor

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic candidates to join our team as Recruiters,

Counselors, or Interviewers for the Kotak NextGen Bankers Program. This is a Hire,

Train, and Deploy (HTD) model, where ITM Skills University provides assured job

opportunities along with training for the program.

We seek young and energetic individuals with fluent communication skills, a

willingness to travel, and an eagerness to learn new skills. This role presents a great

opportunity to build a career in skill development and banking recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and nurture prospective candidates.
Manage the application process and ensure timely completion.
Provide program counselling and briefing to candidates and their parents via
telephone and face-to-face interactions.

Organize and attend job fairs, career fairs, college seminars, and coaching
classes.

Arrange and conduct webinars to engage potential candidates.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection process, from interview
scheduling to fee payment.

Address and resolve candidates and parents’ queries regarding the program.
Maintain daily and weekly records of candidate progress.
Travel across different locations in India for sourcing candidates.
