Admission Counsellor

This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential students to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

• Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

• Accurately record Students information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

• Develop and maintain strong Student relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have experience in telecalling, counselling or customer service experience with language skills in . The role is responsible for addressing students concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. Note- Any candidate having experience background of telecalling, Customer support, inside sales, or counsellor can apply.
