We are looking for a Team Leader in Sales Executives.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-year Banking & finance, loan sales team Experience

Ability to recruit/drive/motivate the team to achieve the targets

Good communication skills required

Strong Direct Selling Background in loan / Cellular Industry Preferred

Creating opportunities / Point of Sales (POS) / Promotions for selling

Responsibility:

Managing Outbound sales team working towards pre-defined targets

Responsible for team performance, Attrition, and shrinkage.

Prepare Daily reports

Manage and Handle all the team reports and improve performance on daily basis.

Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to convince customers

Assist customers in all their queries

Salary:

15 to 22K + Incentives

 Location:

A-16, 2nd floor, sec-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
