We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to bring their Team Management and customer service expertise to our team at our Organization at Janakpuri, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be supervising a team of 6 to 7 telecalling executives and assisting them with their calls throughout the day.

• The position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication to already interested clients.

• Keeping up with current clients and successfully getting our application installed in their system.

• You will be provided constant support of your Assistant Manager, Center Manager as well as Data Management Executive for any data requirement.
