We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to bring their Team Management and customer service expertise to our team at our Organization at Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be supervising a team of 6 to 7 telecalling executives and assisting them with their calls throughout the day.
The position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication to already interested clients.
Keeping up with current clients and successfully getting our application installed in their system.
You will be provided constant support of your Assistant Manager, Center Manager as well as Data Management Executive for any data requirement.

Along with your fixed salary, you can earn incentives upto 10 percent of your salary each and every week.
Other than Weekly incentives, Spot incentives are also offered during the last 2 days of the month which are cashed out immediately.
