As a BPO Sales Team Leader in Jaipur, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, setting targets, managing performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction, while also contributing to overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team.
Monitor team performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that team members provide excellent customer service.
Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Identify training needs for team members and provide appropriate training.
Develop and implement training programs to improve sales skills.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance.
Participate in team meetings and other company events.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in sales Management or a Leadership roles role and should be proficient in English language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days working during the Night shift.
