Join our team as a dedicated BPO Telecaller with a strong background in BPO at Lemon Chilli Restaurant in Ranchi, Tharpakhna. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
- Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
