Job Title: Telecaller
Department: Sales/Customer Services
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers to generate leads, provide product information, assist with inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or follow-up on leads provided by the company.
Present and promote company products and services effectively.
Handle customer queries and provide information regarding products/services.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Follow up with leads and potential customers to build relationships and encourage conversions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective resolutions.
Maintain knowledge of company offerings, policies, and industry trends.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a customer service role (preferred).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
Multilingual abilities (if required for a particular region).
Experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment.
Strong listening skills with the ability to quickly understand customer needs.
