This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
