We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT Sales and a focus on the international market. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and managing the complete sales cycle for IT services and software solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets (e.g., US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
Conduct market research to map potential clients and develop outreach strategies
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their IT needs
Present company services and solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with international clients
Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met
Maintain and update CRM with sales activities and pipeline information
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company at international conferences, webinars, or online demos (as required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B international IT sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with software development services, SaaS, or IT consulting
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Ability to work in different time zones as per market requirements
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Experience selling IT services to US/UK/EU clients
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools
Basic understanding of technologies like web/app development, Digital marketing
