Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Desired Experience: 3 + years in Telesales.

The incumbent will be responsible for

 Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling subscription-

based services.

 Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of subscription offerings in industries like BFSI,

Ed-Tech, Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs.

 Clearly articulate the value proposition of the subscriptions and address customer queries effectively.

 Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.

 Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing and promotions.

 Facilitate the payment collection process through effective communication and relationship-building

 Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Continuously strive for improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

 3-6 years of direct telesales experience, Strong understanding of industries such as BFSI, Ed-Tech,

Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs.

 Proven experience in telesales with a focus on subscription sales.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

 Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

 The ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with

proficiency in relevant languages (English & Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali)

based on regional requirements

 Self-driven and highly motivated

 Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively

 Minimum qualification of 12th grade; candidates with any graduate or postgraduate degree are also

encouraged to apply.
