3. Booking Management:
Process and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
Manage changes and cancellations, and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process.
Ensure all travel documents are accurate and provided to clients in a timely manner..
4. Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during travel.
Address and resolve any client inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, new travel products, and destination updates.
Attend training sessions, trade shows, and travel seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and transactions.
Prepare reports and analysis on sales performance and client preferences.
Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and issuing refunds.
