Are you a resilient and goal-driven professional with a passion for sales and business growth? We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive student admissions while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails.
✅ Drive student admissions and meet/exceed sales targets.
✅ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
✅ Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
✅ Counsel students and parents, assisting with course selection and application processes.
✅ Guide students in obtaining necessary documentation for enrollment.
✅ Maintain smooth communication with students, parents, and guardians regarding admission procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong ability to build relationships with students and parents.
✔ Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to convert leads into sales.
✔ Experience working with CRM tools.
✔ Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
✔ Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills.
