Join our team as a dedicated Customer Care Executive with a strong background in B2B Sales at Fastinfo Private Limited in Kolkata, Sector V - Salt Lake. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
