Join our team as a dedicated Customer Care Executive with a strong background in Education at Swastika Institute Of Higher Education & Technology in Indore, Vijay Nagar. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships.
