Customer Relationship Executive

1.     Answer to all the relevant mails received in sales@magnatek.in

2.     Answering phones  and explaining the product and services offered by the company

3.     Contacting existing customers as well a prospective customers using scripts.

4.     Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

5.     Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

6.     Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services

7.     Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals

8.     Maintaining the database of the customers on regular basis

9.     Suggesting solutions  based on  customer needs and requirements

10.    Manage and handle multiple tasks.

11.    We need to ask them to make a Quotation

12.     Ask them to update in ZOHO

13.      Check with Sales Mock call and evaluate her speaking skills and smartness.

14.    Daily need to do 30 effective calls to the customers and update remarks in zoho & sales fms NBD.

15.    Extract all sales reports from zoho & ratify with Sales Head with signature then we need to give Printouts of MIS Report at the end of the month to the Management.
