Customer Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

· Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from company assigned leads.

· Explain the features and benefits of the 5paisa platform in a clear and compelling manner.

· Assist customers through the account opening and onboarding process.

· Ensure a smooth and hassle free client journey with accurate and helpful information.

· Achieve individual and team targets for client acquisition and onboarding.

· Build rapport with prospects and become a trusted point of contact.

· Maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication and documentation.

 
Job Requirements:

· Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)

· Freshers are welcome; sales experience is an added advantage

· Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills

· Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)

· Preference for candidates fluent in additional regional languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Odia, or Sindhi

· High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping customers
