We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM or designated tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome; experience in sales is a plus)
