Key Responsibilities
Sales Tele-calling
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell hostel services.
· Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
· Provide accurate and relevant information about the properties, location, facilities, pricing etc.
· Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Customer Support
· Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about services, bookings, and policies.
· Schedule and coordinate property visits for prospective clients.
· Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Walk-In Customer Assistance
· Greet and assist walk-in customers at kiosk setups with professionalism and enthusiasm.
· Provide detailed information about hostel services, offers and process bookings and payments for walk-in customers.
Qualifications & Skills
· Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
· Experience: 1-3 years in sales, tele-calling, customer service, or a related role.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
· Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in solving customer needs.
· Sales Aptitude: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software.
· Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or holidays as required.
