Education Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the education sector, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping institutions, educators, or learners access high-quality educational products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, etc.)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to promote our offerings

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver customized solutions

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular activity reports

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, competitors, and industry trends

• Attend relevant educational events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field

• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector

• Strong understanding of the education market and B2B or B2C sales strategies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling to K-12, higher education, or EdTech platforms

• Existing network of contacts within the education industry

• Knowledge of education technology trends and digital learning solutions
