Key Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing customers through cold calls, emails, and online chats. Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs. Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers. Follow up on leads and sales inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively.Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role (preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
