Job Description:
Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: OLA Office, Koramangala, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Languages: Fluent in Hindi, English, and one regional language

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote OLA Electric products and services.
• Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide relevant product information.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively pitching the benefits of OLA Electric vehicles.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a tele-sales or customer service role.
• Fluent in Hindi, English, and at least one regional language (preferred Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Shift timings : 9am- 6pm / 12Pm to 9PM
