Key Responsibilities
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective students and handle incoming inquiries about the institution’s programs.
Provide Course Information: Explain details of available courses, including program structure, fees, admissions requirements, and career prospects.
Guide Through Admission Process: Support prospective students by walking them through the application process, ensuring they understand each step and complete it correctly.
Maintain Records: Accurately document all conversations and updates in the CRM system to keep track of leads and admissions.
Follow Up on Leads: Diligently follow up with potential students who have shown interest in our programs to encourage enrollment.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer questions and resolve concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction among potential students.
