Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to potential clients.

  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.

  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.

• Sales Execution:

  • Present and demonstrate products/services to prospects.

  • Address client needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

• Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Sales Reporting & CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
