Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Tele caller to join our life insurance team. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our life insurance products, and converting leads into sales or appointments. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. • Explain life insurance products and services in a clear and persuasive manner. • Generate interest and schedule appointments for sales representatives (if applicable). • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product information. • Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the system. • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to close sales. • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader. • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
