We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our insurance sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to offer insurance products, explain policy benefits, and guide them through the purchase process. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a good understanding of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective and existing customers via telephone to sell insurance products.

• Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of different insurance plans clearly and effectively.

• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate policy information.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Should be a graduate.

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven with a passion for sales.

• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections positively.

• English proficiency should be good.
