• Conduct outbound cold calls & emails to potential clients in international markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia).

• Identify and qualify leads for IT services, SaaS products, website development, and mobile app solutions.

• Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and providing appropriate IT solutions.

• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, IT Heads).

• Maintain an updated CRM with lead details, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales team for lead nurturing and proposal development.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.
