Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals for our in-house drive for the Amex process. The ideal candidates should have a background in international sales, particularly in US cold calling, with an added advantage if they have experience in US banking sales or collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in collection activities for Amex accounts.

• Utilize international sales skills, especially in cold calling, to effectively communicate with clients.

• Meet or exceed collection targets while maintaining professional conduct.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduates or undergraduates.

• Experience:

  • Preferred: International sales experience, especially in US cold calling.

  • Added Advantage: Experience in US banking sales or collections.

Compensation:

• Salary:

  • Up to ₹45,000 per month for candidates with international collection experience.

  • Up to ₹40,000 per month for candidates with international sales experience.

• Incentives: Unlimited incentives based on performance.

• Benefits:

  • Fixed shift timings.

  • Saturday and Sunday fixed off.

  • Cab facility available up to 30 km.
