Day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. SME & instructor onboarding :
1. Identify, connect with, and onboard subject-matter experts (SMEs) for live and recorded courses.
2. Maintain a structured database of SMEs and coordinate content delivery schedules.
B. Lead generation & cold outreach :
1. Reach out to prospective learners (students, professionals, parents) through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through consistent outreach efforts.
C. Sales pitching & conversion :
1. Confidently pitch EdTech programs, highlighting their value, benefits, and career outcomes.
2. Address objections, schedule product demos, and close enrollments to meet or exceed sales targets.
D. CRM & follow-ups :
1. Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
2. Follow up consistently across channels to nurture leads and drive conversions.
E. Campaign management :
1. Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
2. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies for better results.
