Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Tele caller to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads for school library book sales by making outbound calls to schools, educational institutions, and other potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport, and a passion for education and literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads by making outbound calls to schools, educational institutions, and libraries to promote and sell our range of school library books.

  • Client Outreach: Establish contact with decision-makers such as school principals, librarians, and procurement officers to present our products and services.

  • Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our school library books, addressing any inquiries and overcoming objections to close potential leads.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, including call logs, customer details, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

  • Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor communication strategies effectively.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute to overall team success.
