Job Description

We are looking for a Presales Executive with a real estate background to generate and qualify leads, engage with potential clients, and assist the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in handling real estate inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Identify potential buyers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.

• Qualify leads based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.

• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).

Client Interaction & Relationship Building

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements.

• Provide accurate details about projects, pricing, and offers.

• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Sales Support & Follow-Ups

• Assist the sales team by providing lead insights and updates.

• Follow up with prospects to ensure deal closure and maintain interest.

• Handle initial objections and queries before transferring to the sales team.
