Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and business leads.

• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to pitch company services.

• Assist in managing and organizing client data for easy access and decision-making.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and business expansion opportunities.

• Support various administrative tasks as required to assist other departments.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business and client information.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass.

• Experience: At least 1 year in a Sales Executive or Business Development role.

• Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and client relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Shift Type: Day shift
