Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their goals. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in streamlining sales processes, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the sales department and with clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing:Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain and organize sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customer records, Generate regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Customer Communication:Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information, Communicate order status and updates to customers in a professional manner.

Sales Support:Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials, Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure the availability of relevant promotional materials.

Calendar Management:Schedule sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups, Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.

Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability, Collaborate with the warehouse team to track stock levels and shipments.

CRM System Maintenance:Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information, Assist in the input of sales data and customer interactions into the CRM system.

Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to the sales team as needed, Help with the preparation and organization of sales events and conferences.
