Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Rep, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, close sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases (CRM).

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.

• Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or similar customer service/sales role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects.

• Persuasive, goal-oriented, and confident.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
