Greet and welcome customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Product Demonstration:
Provide detailed product demonstrations to customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and specifications.
Offer test rides to customers and ensure all safety protocols are followed during the process.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of high-class automobile products and technologies.
3. Promotional Activities:
Represent the company in outside promotional events and activities to attract potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize engagement during events.
4. Competitor Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors’ products, pricing, and features.
Use competitive insights to position company products effectively during sales interactions.
5. Customer Relations:
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-ups.
6. Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration:
Share industry insights, best practices, and successful strategies with colleagues to improve team performance.
7. Follow-Up and Reporting:
Maintain a robust follow-up system to keep track of customer inquiries and leads.
Prepare and submit performance activity reports to the Sales Manager regularly.
Use mobility apps or related software to enhance the customer experience (e.g., for scheduling test rides or tracking follow-ups).
