Promote and sell credit card products and holiday packages as per the company's offerings.
Educate customers about the benefits of various credit cards and holiday plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets for both credit cards and holiday packages.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to enhance relationships.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to credit card applications and holiday bookings.
Ensure all interactions are polite, professional, and helpful, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads for credit card and holiday packages via tele-calling.
Use provided tools and data to track potential customers and convert them into actual sales.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the team leader/manager.
Follow the company’s guidelines and procedures for handling customer information.
Incentive Program:
Earn attractive incentives based on the achievement of monthly targets related to credit card sales and holiday bookings.
Incentives up to ₹5,000 are offered based on performance.
