Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to sell our healthcare products and solutions to customers via phone, email, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and follow up on existing leads to close sales deals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone, email, and other digital channels
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics
Requirements:
- Atleast 6 months of experience in inside sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare)
