Sales Agent (Zoom Demo Specialist)

Position: Full-time
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Zoom meetings with interested MSME leads.

• Understand business needs and provide customized WhatsApp Automation solution demos.

• Explain features, benefits, pricing, and ROI with case studies.

• Share digital brochures, payment links, and follow up for closure.

• Update Zoho CRM post each interaction (Meeting Status, Deal Value, Expected Closure).

Key Skills:

• Strong presentation & convincing skills.

• Ability to customize pitch as per industry/business.

• Proficient in Zoom, WhatsApp, PDF presentations, CRM data entry.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in solution selling or automation tools.

• Fluent in Hinglish & Regional Language (Preferred: Punjabi, Hindi).

• Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.

Salary:

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive
