· Maintaining and developing a good relationship with customers through telephone and E-mail etc.
· Acting as a bridge between the company and its clients.
· Thoroughly taking regular follow ups of the customer regarding their requirements.
· Pitching the product of the company in such a way which will build the trust among the customers.
· Displaying efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications.
