We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Airo-Tech Enterprise, a leading provider of high-quality air compressors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our air compressor solutions across various industries. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the technical specifications, benefits, and applications of air compressors and related products to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and product support.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and advantages of our air compressor products.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and pricing, aiming to close sales and meet revenue targets.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for product improvement.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or air compressor sector.
Strong knowledge of air compressors, their applications, and related technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Education:
A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
