About the Role:

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality agricultural products to farmers, traders, wholesalers, and distributors. Your role will involve connecting with potential customers over the phone, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers and educate them about our agriculture products
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, traders, and wholesalers
Product Knowledge: Explain the benefits, pricing, and availability of wheat, soybean, maize, and other products
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
Follow-up & Reporting: Maintain sales records and provide regular updates on customer interactions

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 0-2 years in Tele Sales (Agriculture sales experience preferred, but freshers can apply)
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in Agriculture, Business, or related fields preferred
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Language Proficiency: Hindi & English (Knowledge of regional languages like Marathi or Gujarati is a plus)
Knowledge of agricultural markets, pricing, and distribution is an advantage
