Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling delivery boy franchises, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires extensive fieldwork and interaction with potential franchise buyers to expand our network.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to generate new leads and acquire franchise buyers.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential franchise owners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Present and explain the benefits of owning a delivery boy franchise.

Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close franchise sales deals.

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: ₹10,000 per month

: ₹1,500 per franchise (per delivery boy)

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in field sales or a similar role.
