Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Greatminds Debt Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our financial and debt management services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our debt management services.

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.

• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer queries.

• Maintain an updated database of client interactions and sales activities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telesales, telecalling, or a related field. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.)

• Education: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Excellent verbal communication in [Languages Required – English, Hindi, Regional Language].

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of financial services or debt management is an advantage.
