Job Title: Motor Insurance Telesales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Motor Insurance Telecaller to join our sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and guiding them through the process of purchasing motor insurance policies. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of motor insurance products, and a focus on building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote motor insurance policies and provide them with product information.

• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed explanations of motor insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and benefits.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through calls, emails, and other means of communication.

• Customer Assistance: Address customer queries related to insurance products, claims process, and policy renewals.

• Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of motor insurance policies and upselling where appropriate.

• Maintain Records: Accurately update customer details and interaction logs in the CRM system.

• Follow-ups: Follow up with potential leads, reminding them of policy expiration dates or providing additional information as needed.

• Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering clear, accurate, and timely information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of High School / Graduation (preferred).

• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferably in insurance or financial services).

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of motor insurance products and industry trends.

• Sales Orientation: Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals over the phone.

• Customer-Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
