We are looking for a highly motivated Telecalling Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve their concerns.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
