Next Footstep Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our dynamic real estate team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided leads.

• Explain available real estate projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.

• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain and update the customer database with interaction details.

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide necessary information.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in any field.

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client queries.

• Basic knowledge of real estate trends (training will be provided).

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, or Kannada (preferred).

• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
