Job Title: Inbound Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing information about our products and services.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promote customer retention.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and increase sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a graduate degree in any discipline.
