Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Pitch and promote company products/services effectively.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue.
