Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. Your goal is to generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the products/services.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into potential clients.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

• Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain call logs and reports on daily activity.

• Meet or exceed call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / regional languages].

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
